Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
from the date of purchase on your invoice to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at busylittlebeebooks@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted and postage will be paid
by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right. We take no responsibility for damages caused to
packages via Australia Post, however if there is an issue please send us an
email and we will endeavour to have this rectified via Australia Post. Your
patience and kindness is appreciated during the returns process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital downloads or change of mind
on purchases. Whilst we endeavour to make our product descriptions and photos
as accurate as possible, we take no responsibility for slight colour changes
between online screen and physical product or if the consumer reads the product
description incorrectly. So please, choose your products carefully.
Exchanges
The product being exchanged must be unused and returned in its
original packaging. If the product you are exchanging arrives without its
original packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we
reserve the right to deny your exchange.
If your item is damaged due to a production or assembly error by Busy Little
Bee Books, your item will be exchanged and you will receive a new item with
free shipping and tracking number provided.
Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we do offer a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer
Law, with the return shipping at our cost. You can find more information about
the consumer rights and guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law here. Please choose carefully as unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

your order name and number and your reason for returning the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time
for your financial institution to receive and clear the funds back into your
account. Check their website or phone the institution for turnaround times.
