I'm SO glad you asked!!! A Busy Little Bee Book is a super fun, educational resource and activity book that supports early childhood literacy & numeracy support. They promote fun, engaging, and communicative
activities that children can complete independently or with support at their
own pace. They provide quality activities that spark curiosity and creativity
for little learners.

The idea of the book is to use the velcro pieces and move them to the correct place in each activity. On each page there are simple instructions that a caregiver can read to understand the activity. Each activity also has extra prompts/ extension ideas to support children who need an extra challenge or to build on the activity.

What is the age range?

Each Busy Little Bee Book will have an age range on the front cover of each book and in the product description. We recommend children as young as 12 months can begin to use the activity books and mindfulness cards with supervision.

How to use your Busy Little Bee Book:

Simply order your Busy Little Bee Book or Mindfulness Cards online and once you receive your book you will be ready to unlock a world of hands on learning.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
from the date of purchase on your invoice to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted and postage will be paid
by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right. We take no responsibility for damages caused to
packages via Australia Post, however if there is an issue please send us an
email and we will endeavour to have this rectified via Australia Post. Your
patience and kindness is appreciated during the returns process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital downloads or change of mind
on purchases. Whilst we endeavour to make our product descriptions and photos
as accurate as possible, we take no responsibility for slight colour changes
between online screen and physical product or if the consumer reads the product
description incorrectly. So please, choose your products carefully.

Exchanges

The product being exchanged must be unused and returned in its
original packaging. If the product you are exchanging arrives without its
original packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we
reserve the right to deny your exchange.

If your item is damaged due to a production or assembly error by Busy Little
Bee Books, your item will be exchanged and you will receive a new item with
free shipping and tracking number provided.

Refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we do offer a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer
Law, with the return shipping at our cost. You can find more information about
the consumer rights and guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law here. Please choose carefully as unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time
for your financial institution to receive and clear the funds back into your

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada.

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150*.

$10 flat rate for STANDARD shipping for orders under $100 Australia wide. 

$20 flat rate for EXPRESS shipping for all orders Australia wide. 

 NEW ZEALAND 

$20AUD flat rate for standard international shipping for all orders. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? 

Once you've placed your order, we aim to have it dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria within one to two business days. 

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. 

Once we have dispatched your order, it will arrive within Australia Posts delivery timelines. 

For standard shipping within Australia, please allow between two and five business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

For express shipping within Australia, please allow between one and two business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

For international standard shipping, please allow between three and ten business days after dispatch.
